Condesa Gin
Condesa Gin is the gin of Mexico—a modern spirit inspired by Mexico City, its creative energy, and the rituals that live in its streets. Named for (and rooted in) the iconic Condesa neighborhood, the brand’s world blends contemporary CDMX culture with a sense of tradition—inviting you to “join the ritual.”
Crafted artisanalmente in Mexico City, Condesa is made by an award-winning female master distiller, Hillhamn Salomé. The base distillate includes corn, wheat, barley, and rye; botanicals are hand-selected and macerated for 2–3 days, then distilled in copper pot stills with a reflux chamber that enables a second distillation for added refinement.
Two signature expressions highlight Mexico through botanicals: Clásica features palo santo, sage, and jasmine for a herbal–floral profile with a meditative, resinous edge—built for spirit-forward cocktails like a Martini or Negroni; while Xoconostle y Flor de Azahar layers xoconostle (prickly pear), orange blossom, and Mexican lime peel for a bright, fruity-citrus style perfect for long drinks and spritzes. Each bottle also supports reforestation: Condesa partners with Reforestamos México, dedicating 1% of all revenue to fighting deforestation and restoring degraded land.
