Packaging

Every PARCELIER collection is designed to feel complete — from the first glance to the final detail.

Each order is presented in a premium reusable magnetic-closure gift box. Inside, the collection is wrapped in a soft cotton sleeve and tied with grosgrain ribbon — thoughtfully composed to be kept, repurposed, and reused long after the moment has passed.

Protective layers are selected with the same care as the objects themselves. Wherever possible, we use reusable or recycled textile materials designed to become part of the gift rather than discarded.

Every collection includes:

• A curated notes booklet introducing each piece

• A complimentary notecard for your personal message

Delivery

We currently deliver within Mexico City (CDMX) only.

All orders are delivered next day, Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays). Deliveries are made during standard business hours.

For gift deliveries, a flat fee of $150 MXN is applied at checkout.

While specific delivery dates cannot be guaranteed, we always do our best to accommodate requested dates whenever possible.

If no one is available to receive the delivery, the parcel may be left with a building security guard, receptionist, neighbour, or colleague at the delivery address. Any unsuccessful delivery attempts requiring redelivery will incur an additional fee of $150 MXN.

Pick Up

Complimentary pick up is available from our office in Roma Norte, CDMX.

Once your order is placed, we will contact you via the email provided to arrange a convenient day and time for collection within 24 hours.
