Returns & Refund Policy

At PARCELIER, we take great care in preparing each box to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. Due to the curated nature of our products, we do not accept returns for change of mind once a purchase has been made.

If the contents of your box arrive damaged or defective, we will gladly review your case and, where appropriate, may offer:

  • a replacement of the affected product,

  • an exchange for an equivalent item, or

  • store credit or a partial or full refund, depending on the severity of the issue.

To initiate a claim, you will need to provide clear photographs of the damage or defect. This allows us to carefully assess each case and offer an appropriate solution.

You must contact us within 7 calendar days of receiving your order. If a return is required to complete the evaluation, the item must be received within 15 calendar days from the original shipping date. If the return is approved due to damage or defect, PARCELIER will cover the return shipping cost and provide a return label via email.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. The time it takes for the refund to appear may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

We reserve the right to refuse returns or claims that do not meet the conditions outlined above.
