Yes, our prices are IVA inclusive.

Our standard delivery rate is $150MXN. Any unsuccessful delivery attempts that require redelivery will incur an additional fee of $150MXN.
Pick up from our Roma Norte office is free.
We dispatch all order within 24 hours Monday to Friday. If you make your order before 2pm it will be dispatched same day.
Orders made on Saturday, Sunday or Public Holidays will be dispatched the following working day.
Yes, you will receive a tracking ID via email once the shipping label has been created so you will be able to track the delivery of your gift.
In the event that the contents of your gift box arrive damaged or faulty, we will happily replace, exchange or issue a credit depending on the extent of the damage. We require photos so that we can assess the damage or issues with the product. If it is necessary for the product to be sent back to us due to damage or being faulty, we will email you a return label to cover the cost of the shipping.
You must contact us to initiate the claim within 7 days and the returned item must be received within 15 days of the original date of dispatch. Please note that refunds will be credited back to the original form of payment used for the purchase.
We reserve the right to refuse returns if they don’t meet the conditions above.
